Claire Rosen

Mental Health Therapist, MA, LPCC, LPC, LADC

Are you looking for a therapist that is unapologetically real and authentic? Are you looking to embrace your truth, repair your relationship with yourself, and replace negative patterns of thoughts and behaviors? I believe that we spend far too much time and emotional energy being our own worst enemy. I believe that learning to love ourselves is crucial for our healing – whether you’re struggling with unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ related issues, on the path to recovery from an eating disorder or addiction, or involved in unhealthy relationships. I have recently moved to Milwaukee, where my in-person sessions take place. Prior to that, I lived in Minnesota for 13 years and was raised in Montana. When I’m not working, I enjoy going on hikes with my dog Luna, spending time with family and friends, and playing video games.

I am currently licensed to provide mental health therapy in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I am available via telehealth for all residents of Minnesota and Wisconsin and am available for in-person sessions for folx living in the Milwaukee area. My private office is situated in a secured office suite that houses other mental health therapists, holistic healers, and massage therapists. Ample parking is available on site.

These perspectives will be explored to help move you through unresolved trauma, self-doubt, and shame. My passion is helping others navigate the difficult challenges in life, triumphantly!

I obtained a Master of Arts in Mental Health and Addiction Counseling at the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School, 2014 and am a licensed therapist in both Mental Health and Addictions. Having worked in the mental health field since 2011, I connected with a range of clients at various programs including Hazelden Betty Ford, Anthony Louis Center/On-Belay, Nuway, and The Emily Program. My specialty is working with adolescents ages 13-17 and I also work with adults of all ages. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence-based treatment for Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and Addictions/ Substance Abuse.

My younger clients describe me as easy to talk to, sometimes funny, and that I “keep it 100.” My older clients describe me as compassionate and “deceptively wise for how young I look.” My style is direct, personal, inspirational ~ I will root for you until you are able to do it for yourself. Let’s tackle your depression, trauma, or relationship challenges head on!
