New Client Inquiry and Initial Consultation Request

Thank you for your interest in working with me for therapy services!
Unfortunately, I am receiving a higher number of inquiries than available appointments. To streamline the process for both of us (I know trying to find a new therapist can be exhausting!), I have a few logistical questions I’d like to ask you before we schedule our free initial consultation.

Reasons for seeking therapy:

Are you hoping to use insurance? (Please note, I will only be in network with BCBS/Anthem and Humana starting Jan 2023)

Are you looking for in-person therapy or telehealth? Although I am based in Milwaukee, due to my travel schedule, I am unable to accomodate weekly in-person only appointments. If you are open to a hybrid/mix of both telehealth and in-person, let's talk!
