Rates and Payment

$160 per 53 minutes for individuals

Reduced fee sessions are available on a limited basis depending on financial need

Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted

Payment is expected at the time of service. If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to allow others access to scheduling and to avoid a late cancel fee.

Wisconsin Residents:​

  • Anthem and BCBS - except the Bronze Exchange Plan from the marketplace

  • Humana

Minnesota Residents:​

  • Anthem and BCBS - except Blue Plus PMAP & Individual Plans

  • Humana
